YOU:

choose your staff - we provide recruitment assistance and advice, but you get to assemble
your own design, sales and customer service powerhouse.
and your design team manage your customers' graphic design need within your Centre. All our franchise owners employ at least one qualified designer.
handle smaller digital printing projects in-house.
buy your print from our hubs at a wholesale rate
and sell it to your customers in line with our recommended retail pricing structure.
help organising marketing in your territory to
support our national campaigns and make sure
you raise awareness of your business in the way which most suit the type of businesses in your area (eg professional service, industrial, retail etc).
make sure your customers are invoiced quickly and accurately, and that they pay their bills on time.

WE:

take you methodically through our comprehensive training programmes to make sure you understand all our operating procedures and systems, and are equipped to launch and grow your business confidently and professionally.
devise and deliver national marketing campaigns. and provide materials and support for your local marketing efforts.
buy all the big equipment (offset presses, industrial digital printers, advanced finishing technology) and keep it running constantly at our hubs.
provide offset and digital print and finishing expertise at our hubs. In the case of digital printing this covers larger jobs or those which you're too busy to handle yourself in-house.
take care of the delivery of your finished print jobs - either to you at your Centre or direct to your customer if you instruct us to do so.
provide day-to-day support for you via our State Support Offices.
provide the IT expertise needed to make sure your products and services are available 24/7.
provide advice, guidance and encouragement in terms of the way you manage the finances of your Centre.
