Terms and Conditions

Player One

A player one is someone who received a pack in the mail.
Simply redeem one of your special offer cards at a participating Worldwide Centre, once you have paid in full your Worldwide Centre will register you for the chance to win a PlayStation 5.

If you receive a referral card, you may also refer a friend and receive an extra entry into the draw.

Player Two

A player two is someone who was referred to Worldwide by a player one.
Simply redeem one of your special offer cards at a participating Worldwide Centre, once you have paid in full your Worldwide Centre will register you for the chance to win a PlayStation 5.

Anonymous Player

An anonymous player is someone who hasn’t received any information from a Centre but wants to redeem a special offer.
For any purchase over $250 you make with a participating Worldwide Centre, once you have paid in full your Worldwide Centre will register you for the chance to win a PlayStation 5.

Eligibility and how to enter

1. To be eligible to win, entrants must be an Australian resident.
2. Entry is made by:
   1. Redeeming an offer received from a participating Worldwide Centre.
   2. Purchasing collateral from a participating Worldwide Centre.
   3. Referring a friend and then by that friend registering for receiving a free promotional pack.
3. Entrants can redeem as many offers as received, entry is not limited to one.
4. Staff members of Worldwide are not eligible to enter.
5. The competition commences on 18^th September 2020 to 29^th January 2021.

Prizes

1. There is one (1) prize to be won in total:
   1. PlayStation 5 Console (Valued at $749)
2. The prize must be taken as offered. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable or non-exchangeable for cash or services.

Winners

1. Entrants can stand the chance to win by:
   1. Using one or more of the special offer cards.
   2. Spending $250 on print products, graphic design or augmented reality.
   3. Referring to a friend and then by that friend registering for receiving a free promotional pack.
2. The winner will be announced on Thursday the 8^th February 2021. 
   The winner will be randomly drawn by our Integrated Marketing Solutions platform.
3. The winner will be announced via the Worldwide Facebook and Worldwide Instagram.
4. The winner will be contacted via phone.
5. Prizes will be posted to the winners.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is Worldwide, located at Suite 6, 56 Church Avenue, Mascot NSW 2020.
2. This competition will be run through our Integrated Marketing Solutions platform.
3. Worldwide will take no responsibility if the winner’s contact details are incorrect, or incomplete and therefore cannot be contacted. A four-week period will be granted whereby Worldwide may hold the prize. Should the winner not respond within 14 days, the prize winner may be redrawn.
4. The prize will be posted to the winners within 30 days of the draw date.
5. Worldwide reserves the right to disqualify any individual who does not comply with terms and conditions and to also cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if required to do so.
6. The name of the winner may be used for promotional purposes by Worldwide.
7. Eligible entrants give consent to Worldwide to use personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of awarding the prize.
8. The winners will be requested to take a photo with their prize and post to Facebook and/or Instagram and tag @worldwideaustralia.
9. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to Worldwide and not to Facebook or Instagram. The information you provide will be used for internal Worldwide purposes only.
